PRODUCT INFORMATION

All weights and volumes of products displayed on this website are approximated. This is due to the nature of our products being individually handcrafted from natural materials.

As all our products are handcrafted using natural materials, the product and the colour of each product may vary slightly from that which is displayed on this website.

PRICES

Prices and products displayed on this website are subject to change without notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to regularly check these terms and conditions.

AVALIABLITY OF PRODUCTS

Products displayed for sale on this website may not be immediately available, and thus a lead time of 2 -4 weeks may be expected. The availability of a product is deemed unavailable at the discretion of Jack + George.

Whereby a product is deemed unavailable, Jack + George will undertake to refund the customer in full within 30 days of communicating to the customer by email that the product is unavailable.

LOCAL SHIPPING

As all Jack + George products are carefully handcrafted, we do require a 2 – 4 week lead time for all product orders. This lead time is a result of us not holding vast quantities of stock as well as the timeous nature of hand crafting products. The wait, however, will be worth your while.

Subject to availability and receipt of payment in full, orders will be processed. Upon completion of orders and inspection of expected quality, ordered products will be dispatched via our preferred courier service provider, The Courier Guy.

The Courier Guy will be responsible for all collections and deliveries of products. It is recommended that 4 working days be allowed for receipt from the despatch date for all national door to door deliveries.

SHIPPING CHARGES

All ordered products are packaged at the discretion of Jack + George, in packaging deemed suitable for the safe transport of our products.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Should you not be satisfied with any of our products, we will gladly refund you. Please contact Jack + George within 7 days of receiving the product, should you wish to return a product.

In the case of returning a product, Jack + George will refund the customer the full purchase price of a product within 30 days provided that:

The product is returned in an undamaged condition in the opinion of Jack + George.
That the product has not been used.
